I need tips on solving sleep problems?

For the past few days I haven’t been getting very much sleep. I have no trouble falling asleep at night, but whenever I wake up whether its due to a noise or something else, I just can’t get back to sleep. Any tips on how to correct this problem?

Try to clear your mind not think about anything. Snuggle into your sheets and close your eyes and stay still. Get comfortable so that you don’t move. Maybe count back from 100. Or play a card game or suduko or something that works your brain then try sleeping again. Also exercise during the day so that u are physically tired.
Then you shouldn’t wake up at all.
