      You could try Valerian root. Make sure to ask your doctor if it’s ok. I think it probably is very safe for pregnant women.

      If you like teas, try chamomile tea. You can make it with milk and tastes even better.

      Try a relaxing warm bath or hot shower/ put on candle light and relax..

      Drink some Sleepy Time Tea (in a green box with bears on the front) before you get ready for bed.. don’t not drink just because you will have to ***.. that is just part of pregnancy & a small cup of tea should not make much difference.

      Try writing in a journal, that can make you sleepy

      I know the feeling I hardly ever sleep anymore.. 37 weeks!

      Sorry I don’t know of any natural sleep remedies, but i do know that it is ok to take Unisom while your pregnant…. My midwife actually recommended it to me along with B6 for morning sickness…. Good Luck! I miss my sleep too :(

      I have been using Valerian for the past few weeks it has helped a lot. I rang the pregnancy drug info line and they said it was safe!
