Sorry I don't know of any natural sleep remedies, but i do know that it is ok to take Unisom while your pregnant.... My midwife actually recommended it to me along with B6 for morning sickness.... Good Luck! I miss my sleep too :(

Try a relaxing warm bath or hot shower/ put on candle light and relax..

Drink some Sleepy Time Tea (in a green box with bears on the front) before you get ready for bed.. don't not drink just because you will have to ***.. that is just part of pregnancy & a small cup of tea should not make much difference.

Try writing in a journal, that can make you sleepy

I know the feeling I hardly ever sleep anymore.. 37 weeks!

Best of luck! Let me know if you find something that works

If you like teas, try chamomile tea. You can make it with milk and tastes even better.

You could try Valerian root. Make sure to ask your doctor if it's ok. I think it probably is very safe for pregnant women.
